www.lisinski.hr), at the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall box office and authorized points of sale. This is why we recommend that you consult the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall official website on the points of sale and ticket prices for each event before every ticket purchase.
By purchasing this ticket holder agrees to terms and conditions of the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall. The Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall reserves the right to replace any performers, change programme and/or date of performance. Lisinski is only responsible for programs in their own organization, for other programs entirely correspond their organizers (complaints, refund of the purchased ticket canceled programs). The visitors who arrive late at the start of the program entry is permitted after the break, or at the discretion of officials in moments in which will not interfere with the program and other visitors. Visitors agree with radio and TV recording program, which was arranged by the organizer. The use of cloakrooms is mandatory. The Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall is not responsible for lost items and items left in the cloakroom. In areas of the lobby and auditorium hall visitors are prohibited from entering: coats, trench coats, jackets, anoraks, raincoats, umbrellas, traveling bags, hiking and sports backpacks, musical instruments, devices for unauthorized recording (photo, audio or video equipment) as well as use of mobile phones during performances, food, bottles, cans, glass, weapons, pyrotechnic, flowers and floral arrangements and other inappropriate items.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 86, paragraph 1, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract (refund or exchange of tickets). Exceptionally, tickets can be exchanged for the same event for tickets of the same or higher price category up to one working day before the program. The fee for exchanging tickets, which is carried out at the KDVL box office, is €2 + VAT from the ticket price. KDVL is responsible for programs in its own production, and for other programs, their organizers are fully responsible (complaints, refund of purchased tickets for canceled programs, etc.). The buyer can exercise the right to a refund only in the event of a canceled event. A refund is possible within 30 days at the place where the ticket was purchased and in the manner in which it was purchased. In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, all written complaints can be submitted in person at the business premises of the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, by mail to the address Trg Stjepana Radića 4, Zagreb, or by email to the e-mail address prigovor@lisinski.hr.
Visitors who are late for the start of the program are allowed to enter during the break, i.e. according to the decision of the official at times when they will not disturb the program and other visitors. Visitors agree to the radio and television recording of the program arranged by the organizer.
Before you confirm your purchase, check the information about the selected event, date and time of performance, as subsequent complaints will not be accepted. It is not possible to exchange tickets or get a refund of money.
