Persons in wheelchairs have free entry, while the accompanying person pays 50% of the price of the selected ticket category. All discounts are available at the box offices of the Lisinski Concert Hall. In accordance with the provision of Article 86, paragraph 1, point 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has no right to unilateral termination of the contract (refund or exchange of tickets). KDVL is responsible for programs in its own production, while other programs are the full responsibility of their organizers (complaints, refunds for purchased tickets for canceled programs, etc.). The purchaser can claim a refund exclusively in the case of a canceled event. Refunds are possible within 30 days at the location where the ticket was purchased and in the same manner as it was bought. According to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, all written complaints can be submitted in person at the business premises of the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, by mail to the address Trg Stjepana Radića 4, Zagreb, or by email to the address prigovor@lisinski.hr.
