Persons in wheelchair have free entry, while the accompanying person pays 50% of the ticket price. All discounts are available at the box office of the Lisinski Hall. According to Article 86, paragraph 1, point 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract (return or exchange of the ticket). KDVL is responsible for programs produced by them, while for other programs, their organizers are fully responsible (complaints, refunds for purchased tickets for canceled programs, etc.). The customer can only claim a refund in the case of a canceled event. Refunds are possible within 30 days at the place where the ticket was purchased and in the manner it was purchased. According to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, all written complaints can be submitted personally at the business premises of the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, by mail to the address Trg Stjepana Radića 4, Zagreb, or via email to the address prigovor@lisinski.hr.
