Persons in wheelchairs have free entry, while the person accompanying them pays 50% of the ticket price. Other persons with disabilities receive a 20% discount. All discounts are applied at the box offices of the Lisinski Hall. In accordance with the provision of Article 86, paragraph 1, point 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract (refund or exchange of tickets). KDVL is responsible for programs produced in-house, while for other programs, their organizers are fully responsible (complaints, refunds for purchased tickets for canceled programs, etc.). The buyer can claim a refund only in the case of a canceled event. Refunds are possible within 30 days at the location where the ticket was purchased and in the manner it was purchased. In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, all written complaints can be submitted in person at the business premises of the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, by mail to the address Trg Stjepana Radića 4, Zagreb, or via email at the address prigovor@lisinski.hr.
