This year, Lithuania celebrates the 150th birthday of one of the greatest Lithuanian composers and painters, Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis. On that occasion, numerous events are organised in Lithuania and around the world in order to celebrate the unique artistic work of Čiurlionis.
This special anniversary will also be marked in Zagreb by a concert of the Xylos Trio which brings together three exceptional musicians – violinist Ieva Pranskutė (Lithuania), Mislav Brajković (Croatia), and Sven Brajković (Croatia).

All members of the ensemble are multiple award winners at national and international competitions and are active soloists and chamber musicians with rich international experience.
Notable performances include concerts at the Vienna Konzerthaus and ORF Radiokulturhaus, Muziekgebouw and Bimhuis in Amsterdam, the Slovenian Philharmonic, as well as appearances at festivals such as Holland Music Sessions, ISA Festival, Samobor Music Festival, Dubrovnik Summer Festival, Styrian Chamber Music Festival, Loisiarte Festival, and Osor Musical Evenings.
In 2018, Xylos Trio won the Fidelio Competition in Vienna, confirming its status as one of the most promising young chamber ensembles in the region.
With their charismatic performances, dedication to musical excellence, and continuous artistic exploration, Xylos Trio brings a refreshing voice to the world of classical music.
