FROM CARMEN TO MORRICONE A SPECIAL EVENING TO REMEMBER by TAMARA RADJENOVIĆ
Directly from London, on Thursday, May 15, the young music diva, successful soprano and classical music influencer Tamara Radjenović will arrive on the grand stage of the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall
Forbes Europe has selected her among the 30 most prominent young people in the field of arts and culture. Besides her success in singing, she is also highly successful in promoting music through social media. Her YouTube channel has now surpassed 14 million views and is growing daily. Additionally, her six music videos are regularly aired on the global television channel Stingray CMusic, offering a fresh perspective on classical music.
Recently, she made her debut at the prestigious Cadogan Hall in London, receiving standing ovations, and upcoming performances are scheduled in Japan. On Thursday, May 15, she will arrive at the Zagreb music temple Lisinski and is set to perform the concert From Carmen to Morricone in a special evening to remember.
Tamara Radjenović studied singing at one of the most prestigious music academies, the Royal College of Music in London, and spent four years perfecting her musical skills under the great Montserrat Caballé. This allowed her to participate in two Caballé Gala evenings at the Auditorio de Zaragoza, as well as in the New Year's concert of the Montserrat Caballé Foundation in Barcelona.
Her career has taken her across Europe and even to the United States, where she has held two recitals at New York's Carnegie Hall, debuted in London's St James’s Piccadilly, and performed in many other parts of the world. Because of this, her programs often feature famous opera hits, unforgettable film themes, and popular canzones.
For her first encounter with the Zagreb audience, Tamara has chosen a rich and diverse program, some parts of which relate to the programs of the traditional New Year’s concerts she has been holding with great success in Belgrade’s Kolarac for the third consecutive year. In two evenings at the end of last year, she managed to fill two halls, attracting significant attention from the local public. She hopes that her performance in Zagreb will bring something new and delight the audience.
For this special evening, she has chosen renowned composer and pianist Matej Meštrović, the enfant terrible of Croatian music scene, who will undoubtedly add even more value to Tamara’s concert with his unique style and appearance.
She will also be joined by Croatia's internationally recognized bass-baritone Toni Nežić and members of the Academic Choir Ivan Goran Kovačić.
On stage at Lisinski, they will be accompanied by the brilliant musicians of the HRT Symphony Orchestra under the leadership of conductor and composer Ivan Josip Skender, with many musical surprises in preparation.
Everything is set for a special musical evening From Carmen to Morricone by Tamara at Lisinski.
