The grand finale of the Lisinski Arioso cycle will take place on 10 April 2018, when two great international opera stars - tenor Yusif Eyvazov and soprano Maria Guleghina will appear on the stage of Lisinski Hall. 

 

Maria Guleghina started her professional career at the State Opera in Minsk, and already a year later, she appeared as Amelia in Verdi’s A Masked Ball under conductor Gianandrea Gavazzeni opposite Luciano Pavarotti. Her voice of great power and warmth and with immense acting credibility made her a permanent guest in the whole operatic world. She has performed in 15 new productions at La Scala only.

 

Yusif Eyvazov patiently built his path to the world’s top, dedicated to his love of music, and he won the audiences throughout the world with sincerity and prowess. He has attracted the greatest attention with notable roles in the most eminent opera houses. It is also worth mentioning that due to his outfits, together with his wife Anna Netrebko, he became a great hit on social networks.

 

He strengthened his position at the top with his role of Andrea Chenier in Umberto Giordano's opera of the same name at La Scala, Milan, in 2017. There are great roles waiting for him at the Royal Opera House in London, the Berlin State Opera, the Palais Garnier Opera in Paris and the New York Met. A successful concert cycle and the presentation of the Romance album with Anna Netrebko took them to the Far East last year. This year, the love story continues in Europe, with the spectacular pinnacle at the Royal Albert Hall.
