This year's celebration of Lisinski Hall Day will be crowned by the central event – the Winter Carnival, a unique concert ceremony in which the internationally renowned soprano Josipa Bilić and trumpeter Sergej Nakarjakov, whom the media called 'Caruso and Paganini on the trumpet', will perform alongside the Croatian Radiotelevision Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Davor Kelić.

A superb musical program with a dynamic and festive atmosphere filled with carnival spirit will present performances of works by Antonin Dvořak, Jean-Baptiste Arban, Franz Liszt and Aram Khachaturian, and the celebratory mood will be raised to an even higher level by fluttering and playful arias from the operettas Die Fledermaus (The Bat) by Johann Strauss Jr. and Gräfin Mariza (Countess Maritza) by Emmerich Kálmán.
