Established as a national institution in 2024, the Macedonian National Jazz Orchestra quickly became one of the leading large jazz ensembles in Southeast Europe. Bringing together the country's finest jazz musicians and distinguished international guests, the orchestra has built a reputation for artistic excellence, an ambitious repertoire, and innovative intercultural projects. Its roster of guest artists includes some of the most prominent names in contemporary jazz—such as Kurt Elling, Yellowjackets, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Maria Mendes, Donny McCaslin, Alain Pérez, Renato Chicco, Don Menza, Seun Kuti, Ziggy Feigl, Luis Bonilla, Francesco Bearzatti, Mike Holober, and many others—contributing to the orchestra's growing international presence.

Antonije Pušić, better known as Rambo Amadeus, is a cult Balkan musician acclaimed throughout the region. He is a poet, composer, innovator, philosopher, and social activist, but above all, a chronicler of the times in which he lives and works. He is also an avid sailor. Born in Kotor and raised in Herceg Novi, he currently lives and works in Belgrade. His songs offer an original blend of genres, while his satirical lyrics skillfully analyze and critique contemporary society and its anomalies. He has recorded around twenty studio and live albums, the latest being *Brod Budala* (Ship of Fools). He has composed music for numerous theatrical productions as well as for Fritz Lang’s 1927 silent film *Metropolis*, performing the latter alongside musicians from the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra. He composed the cadenza for Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Concerto for piano and orchestra in C major, which was performed by pianist Ivan Tasovac in 1995 at Belgrade's Kolarc. The conductor was Oskar Danon. He won numerous awards for his work. In addition to Steria's award, in 1996, Rambo received an award for literary contribution in the field of variety shows at Domanović's days of satire. It won the Saatchi & Saatchi award for the best radio commercial and the Golden Rose of Montreux in the "best copyright" category. He appeared in Dragan Marinković's comedy Boomerang, for which he also wrote the music and won the Grand Prix at the Valencia Film Festival. He acted in several films. He published dozens of studio and concert albums. He wrote the opera The Passion of Stella, which premiered at Kotor Art in 2019. In the same year, he launched his Solarni ejednjak, a prototype of a sailboat that runs on sails and on the sun. It propagates and lives ecology. The electric car also drives on the sun because it has built a solar power plant that meets the needs of the car.
Rambo Amadeus announces that the most interesting parts of his biography are yet to happen!
