Events

Students have a 37.5% discount, and people in wheelchairs and their accompanying person have free entry. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract (refund or exchange of the ticket), except in the case of cancellation of the event. Refunds are possible only for cancelled events, within 60 days, at the place and in the manner in which the ticket was purchased. Written complaints can be submitted in person at the business premises of the Hall, by mail to Trg Stjepana Radića 4, Zagreb or by e-mail to the address: privom@lisinski.hr.
