Box office is opened on Saturdays and Sundays one hour prior to the programme occurring that day.
sometimes it operates on a modified schedule, depending on the duration of the program in the Hall or holidays.
Wheelchair users are entitled to free admission to all public events at the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, unless otherwise specified for a particular event. One accompanying person is entitled to purchase a ticket at 50% of the price of the selected category.
Free tickets must be reserved in advance by phone via the Box Office.
Ticket Purchase and Conditions
Tickets for events organized by the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall are available online exclusively via the official website www.lisinski.hr and, exceptionally, through other authorized sales channels, as indicated for each event.
Ticket reservations are not available.
By purchasing a ticket, visitors accept the House Rules of the Concert Hall, as well as the possibility of changes to performers, program, and/or event schedule.
The Concert Hall is responsible for events in its own production, while other events are the sole responsibility of their respective organizers (including complaints and refunds).
Important Notice Before Purchase
Before confirming an online purchase, customers are advised to carefully check all event details, including date and time, as subsequent complaints cannot be accepted.
Refunds and Complaints
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers do not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract (i.e. request a refund or exchange), except in the case of event cancellation. Refunds are only available for cancelled events, within 60 days, at the point and via the method of purchase.

All inquiries will be answered within a reasonable time, and no later than 15 days from receipt.
Code of Conduct and Cloakroom
All visitors are required to comply with the mandatory cloakroom policy.
In case of loss of the cloakroom ticket, a fee of €7.50 will be charged following an official report.
The following items are not permitted in the auditorium: coats, jackets, umbrellas, bags and backpacks, musical instruments, unauthorized recording devices, food and beverages, weapons, pyrotechnics, flowers, and other inappropriate items.
The Concert Hall assumes no responsibility for items that are not deposited and are subsequently lost.
The use of mobile phones during performances is not permitted.
Late Arrival and Recording
Latecomers will be admitted during intermission or at suitable moments when entry will not disturb the performance, at the discretion of authorized staff. Visitors acknowledge and agree to possible radio and television recordings of the event.
